The purpose of ML System a/s’ policy for consumer safety is to ensure and document that we are in control of the physical, chemical and bacteriological aspects concerning our air humidification systems within the company.

Through self-regulation within our company and a thorough guidance of our customers we wish to be certain that our systems don’t pose any health risk for the individuals, who are present in the premises where our systems are installed.

In this way we are hoping to foster a good image and making our contribution into setting the standard within the humidification business.

 

Policies

  • we wish to foster safety in humidification by ensuring that water evaporized by ML System® humidification systems in no way pose a risk to human health.
  • we wish to build up and maintain a HACCP-control system, which fulfils the requirements of DS/EN ISO 22000 and be attentive to the possibilities for continuous improvements of the control system.
  • we wish to identify any risk factor in case of production, mounting and service in order to estimate and control these risk factors in the way that the company’s products do not cause any health risk.
  • we wish to take sanitary measures as well as implement sanitary behaviour and attitude in all activities: production, mounting, operation, service and maintenance.
  • we wish to deliver a product, which is optimised in regards to hygienic design. We wish to develop products in regards to hygienic design and require goods, which are fulfilling our strict demands to hygiene.
  • we wish to uncover possible errors and minimise deviations in order to secure less failure productions, failure costs and complaints and to improve the production process.
  • we wish to devote the necessary resources for education and training in order to complete our HACCP-control system, and we wish to ensure that all employees are getting the necessary information regarding development, implementation and updating of the management system.
  • we wish to employ the HACCP-control system in terms of marketing, to foster a wider clientele and an increasing sale of our systems for areas, which are making considerable demands to hygiene standards and safety.
  • by entering a service agreement our customers can be sure that specially educated service engineers are performing the service according to the HACCP-concept.
  • we wish to employ the HACCP-control system in order to foster a good image within the humidification business as well as to contribute to the sanitary standards for humidification systems.
  • we wish to meet demands to consumer safety from customers and authorities in connection with air humidification systems.
  • interested parties are receiving appropriate information regarding questions concerning humidification and food safety.
